SHIPPING
We ship all orders via UPS Ground or USPS Mail. The shipping method we choose is based on the memorial/urn that is purchased and is chosen at our discretion. We offer free shipping on all memorials (over $75.00) in the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) and tracking info will be emailed to the bill to email address provided when the order is placed. Expedited shipping & Expedited production is available. Call For Details!
RETURNS
We strive to please every customer. If a mistake is made on our part, we will replace the item for free.
Since we use natural River Rocks, they all have natural flaws and imperfections. Therefore, we cannot offer a refund or return based on the shape, color or natural flaws and imperfections within the River Rock itself. We can not guarantee a newly ordered River Rock will be similar to a previous order. The River Rocks will vary in thickness, length and height. Memorial designs are up to discretion of the graphic artist. Depending upon the size and shape of the product we may condense text, photo’s, or graphics to fit the desired product. Irregular products like River Rocks may need alternative designs to fit the area available. If you desire ask for a proof of the product.
The Granite (specifically black granite) can have white, clear or goldish spots on both the polished face and sides. These are natural imperfections and we can not offer a refund based on this. See the image below for examples:
PA Bluestone, Flagstone and Marble also have natural flaws and imperfections along with slight color variations throughout them. We can not offer a refund based on this.
Cremation Jewelry/Keepsakes – 4everinmyheart.com does not accept returns on Personalized Jewelry. 4everinmyheart.com reserves the right to replace or repair personalized items that have been shipped incorrectly or shipped with defects, however the item cannot be returned for a refund once it is engraved. The product must be in resalable condition.
DAMAGES
We must be notified within 5 days of receipt via email or phone of any damages to your shipment. Please include your order number and a detailed description of the damage in your email.
